GTA Business Model

Within the Mob Era Community, there's a concept that we've created called the Man of Business Economics Plan which revolves around the idea of two or more companies working together to achieve any pre perceived goal or outcome in favor of all parties involved. Now, in order to explain the dynamic on how this will work, we must first start with the three biggest necessities which will ensure everything goes as smooth as possible, which are: having a Business Model or Blueprint that could be easily understood, making sure your business model also has a way for people to see the Work and the Profits made, and last but not least, making sure your Content aline with your Roleplay as far as being a Business Owner.

•Business Model-

 -Creating a business model / blueprint will be by far the easiest thing to do due to the fact that all you're doing is picking a lane of business to begin. (Ex: Product-based Business, Manufacturing-based Business, or Transportation-based Business etc...) -after that, you then find a Free-Mode job in a lobby (Pub or Pvt) that perfectly aligns with your Business Model. (Ex. CEO Work, MC Work, Salvage Yard, Nightclub, Bunker etc...)

•Work And Profits-

-after creating an understandable business model, your crew would then have to then create a work routine around it to making it a RolePlay Business. Also, business management would need to find a way to provide proof of transactions that work is actually being completed. (Ex. While having a member to complete 2-3 jobs that align with the Role Play Business, management will be responsible for creating the content as well as showing screenshots of a profits made.) 

•Roleplay Business and Content Alignment-

One of the biggest problems that the community tries to avoid is people going off course or off track with their Business pertaining to Role Play. In order for this plan of work, business owners must stay true and consistent to their Role Play.
